Home Emergency Assistance

Landlord Home Emergency Cover offers peace of mind
to landlords and tenants in the UK

What is Landlord Home Emergency Cover?

No landlord wants their tenant to feel unsafe in their rental property. If something goes wrong at your property, you will need to act fast to minimise the damage to your property and the impact on your tenant.

This cover provides 24-hour access to an expert team of certified contractors who will be at the property usually the same day of an insured incident being registered. When on-site, the team will fix the emergency to prevent further damage to your property.
